As a Board member and shareholder, Exaucé contributes to the strategic orientation and growth of the program. She supports FREEDOM WOMEN's mission to strengthen women's presence in global decision-making spheres. Exaucé Ngalasi is a multifaceted and innovative entrepreneur working across event production, creative direction, and content creation. She is the co-founder of The African Runshow (TARS), launched in 2025, a fashion event that celebrates Central African fabrics while embracing a global creative outlook.

Gamze Derman advises FREEDOM WOMEN on legal structuring, governance, and compliance, ensuring that the program’s activities align with international standards and best practices. She oversees all legal, regulatory, and contractual matters of the program, providing strategic expertise in governance, partnership security, and legal protection.

Jade Green is a South African entrepreneur and women's leadership advocate. She serves as Board Member of Freedom Women, representing South Africa and Anglophone Africa. With experience across events, wellness, security, and business development, she brings a strong execution-driven and governance-oriented perspective. She is the founder of Mila BIO Health and Women in Business and Trade (WIBT), and regularly contributes as a speaker, advisor, and board member on women's empowerment and strategic leadership.
